ENTRERIOS BUILDING
Located in Santiago del Estero, Edificio EntreRíos responds to extreme climatic conditions through a compact and strategically layered architectural system.
The project integrates residential units and commercial spaces within a typological framework that optimizes cross-ventilation, controlled solar exposure and spatial privacy.
The façade operates as a climatic second skin. Balcony railings are reinterpreted as integrated planters, forming a vegetated filter that mitigates solar radiation while preserving natural light and views. This layered envelope merges environmental performance with architectural identity.
The building translates harsh contextual conditions into a coherent architectural language — balancing formal clarity, passive environmental strategies and urban presence.
